Plot Summary: This is the third installment of the highly addictive game Super Collapse. In this version, there is more action and new features as the user explores ten unique lands in the new Quest mode. You can earn coins to purchase items in the Shop, or try one of ten mini-games in the Casino. There are two different game modes, the Quest and Quick Play, and 140 levels to keep you busy. Quick Play mode delivers challenges with seven different modes. The point of the game is to knock off two of the same colored blocks that are connected either across or vertically. The gameplay is similar to the classic Collapse! Game. It is played on a board of twelve columns by fifteen rows. Randomly colored blocks fill the board, rising from below. By clicking on a group of 3 or more blocks of the same color, the whole group disappears in a collapse and any blocks stacked above fall down to fill in the vacant spaces. If a whole column is cleared, the elements slide to the center of the field. It is a basic puzzle game that keeps your mind working at a quick pace. Sound effects and music for Super Collapse! 3 were created and composed by Jesse Holt. In 2006, it received a Zeeby award and was named the Best Casual Game of the Year (Wikipedia). A free version of this game is offered for download on all PCs, but you can check out the premium version at the local library.

In 2001, GameHouse developed and released Super Collapse!, a standalone download for Microsoft Windows. This new version adds enhanced graphical resolution, animations, sounds and music. Afterwards, GameHouse continued to use the word "super" in the titles of its download games, to distinguish them from the web-based versions.

  • Super Collapse is simply a blast! Find rows and columns of three or more like-colored blocks; click them and they disappear, collapsing the rows and columns above. Easy, right? Watch out though, more lines are stacking up at the bottom (and speeding up), and as soon as any column reaches the top, it's game over!Download Collapse - super addictive and great fun for the whole family! In the average case, some TRs are found, so that the length of the residual string decreases over time and the number of iterations of the main loop is lower than N/2. However, both the length of the residual strings (which determines the average-case complexity of collapse(s,l) according to Theorem 2) and the number of iterations are still proportional to N, so that the overall complexity is O(N2). The behavior of algorithm collapse_all is exemplified in Figure 3A, which shows a sequence of 36 bases containing several nested repeats, which is reduced to a repeat-free sequence of 11 bases in three collapsing steps for repeat lengths ranging from 1 to 3.

Figure 3B shows, for comparison, the result that would be achieved by invoking the collapse algorithm in reverse order, ie, for repeat length decreasing from 3 to 1. It is apparent that the resulting string is not repeat-free. In fact, it is of 17 bases and it contains three replicas of the acg motif. 2ff7e9595c
